Terms of use

Last updated: 21.10.2026

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Eslat service (the Telegram bot, the Telegram mini app and the eslat.uz website — together, the “Service”). The operator of the Service is [operator name and legal status] (“we”). By starting to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Eslat is a service for reminders, habits, spaced repetition, tasbih, challenges and a personal book list. Reminders are delivered as Telegram bot messages.

2. Account

  • An account is created when you start the Telegram bot. Signing in to the website means signing in to that same account via Telegram.
  • You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account.
  • If you block the bot, reminders will not reach you.

3. Your content

  • The content you create belongs to you. We use it only to provide the Service.
  • Content you share with friends or add to a challenge is also visible to them.
  • Posting content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or is harmful is prohibited.

4. Prohibited actions

  • Interfering with the operation of the Service or overloading it by automated means;
  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts;
  • using the Service for spam or fraud.

In such cases, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend the account.

5. Free plan and Premium

  • The core features of the Service are free; on the free plan, the number of items you can create is limited. The current limits are shown on the “Pricing” page.
  • Premium is a paid subscription that removes the limits. Plans: 30 days, 90 days and 365 days; current prices are on the “Pricing” page.
  • Payment is made once through Payme. There are no automatic charges — the subscription does not renew by itself.
  • The subscription period is counted in days. An active subscription can be extended when 4 days remain until it expires; the new period starts from the expiry date of the previous one.
  • When the subscription ends, your content is not deleted and reminders continue to be sent; you just cannot create new items beyond the free plan limit.
  • The tasbih module is always free.
  • Refunds: [refund terms need to be set].

6. Availability of the Service

We strive to keep the Service running without interruption, but we provide it “as is”. Due to maintenance, or malfunctions on the side of Telegram or Payme, reminders may be delayed or may not arrive. Do not use the Service as your only reminder tool for important medical, financial or legal deadlines.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. [The limit of liability needs to be clarified with a lawyer]

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance through the bot or the website. Continuing to use the Service after the changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
