Eslat — reminders, habits and spaced repetition in Telegram
Your memory isn’t bad. You just didn’t have a system.
Eslat takes whatever you decide matters — a reminder, a habit, a new word or an idea you loved — and brings it to your Telegram before you can forget it.
Free. Signing up is one “Start” button.
- Free to start
- No sign-up
- In your time zone
Forgetting isn’t a flaw. It’s a law.
As Ebbinghaus showed, we forget half of anything new within an hour and most of it within a week. But each time you review something at the right moment, it fades more slowly — and after a few reviews it stays with you for years.
- After 1 hour — half is gone
- After 1 day — about 30% remains
- After 1 week — less than 20%
There’s one catch: each review has to land on exactly the right day. Keeping track of that day isn’t a job for a person. It’s Eslat’s job.
It doesn’t wait to be opened. It comes to you.
Notebooks, saved posts, a “read later” folder — to open them, you first have to remember them. Eslat breaks that loop: what you need shows up where you already are all day — in Telegram.
At the right time

Frequently asked questions
Is Eslat free?
Yes. On the free plan you can use reminders, habits, reviews and challenges — only the number of items is limited. Premium removes the limits.
Do I need to install a separate app?
No. Eslat works as a Telegram bot and mini app. On a computer, you sign in at eslat.uz with the same account.
How do reminders arrive?
As a Telegram bot message, at the time you set and in your own time zone. You answer with a button right in the message — for a habit, “Done” or “Not done”.
What is spaced repetition?
A way of reviewing information at growing intervals: today, a few days later, a week later and so on. If you remember it, the next review moves further out; if you forget, it comes back sooner. The result: you remember the most with the fewest reviews.
What happens to my data when Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted or frozen — your reminders keep coming. You just can’t add new items beyond the free plan’s limits.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Each payment is a one-time payment through Payme. Renewal opens 4 days before your plan ends, and the new period starts when the old one ends.
Is signing in secure?
You sign in to the site with Telegram — no password is created or stored. Telegram itself confirms the sign-in, and the signature is verified on our server.
Start with one habit. Today.
Just one — so easy it would be embarrassing to skip. A month from now you won’t think about opening Eslat — it will find you.
